President & FounderAshley is a marketing professional that has assumed several key management roles serving the junior mining space over the past 10 years.
After coming out of maternity leave, Ashley honed into her experience and opened Matrix Agency Marketing Ltd.
Previously, Ashley fulfilled the CEO role at Mars Investor Relations Inc. where she worked with some of junior mining’s top C-suite teams and managed the overall resources and operations of the Company, including leading the ideation, planning and implementation of new and long-term business strategies.
Prior to her role at Mars IR, she worked with several top newsletter writers and influencers in the junior mining space, as well as for the Metals Investor Forum, Mercury Media Corp., and Beneath the Surface Capital Corp.
Ashley also proved her marketing mettle by developing content and branding for clients in the precious metals space, consumer and lifestyle brands, as well as for the non-for-profit sector.
When she isn’t working, Ashley loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters exploring nature walks and tropical beaches.
